Bumbles books custom orders anywhere from 2-6 weeks in advance, depending on the time of year. Last-minute orders are always welcome if we have the availability. Once a date is fully booked, we are not able to take anymore custom orders. Large orders should be placed 1-2 months in advance.

You are more than welcome to send inspiration photos for your orders. However, we do not fully replicate others’ work as we have our own style of decorating. 

No, we do all our decorating for our cakes and cupcakes in buttercream frosting. 

We can deliver within the Dublin and Powell area for a fee. Please call with the delivery address to receive a proper quote. 

You can cancel your order up to 4 days before your scheduled pickup date, however, you will not receive your deposit back. If you cancel your order in less than 4 days, we require half of your total due. 

You are more than welcome to change your order. For large orders, we require that you make your changes at least 2 weeks before your date. For any small changes, i.e. cake flavor change, we require 1 weeks’ notice. 

All cake pops and cookies should NOT be refrigerated. We suggest storing your cupcakes and cakes in the refrigerator until about 1-2 hours before your event. If it is a smash cake, we recommend leaving it out 3-4 hours prior to the event so the frosting is soft enough to smash.
